Howdy internet people!
It’s nice to sort of meet you.

I’m Gavin Giametta, a product designer drawn to the intersection of art, technology, and people.

I discovered UX design during my time studying animation and motion design at Francis Tuttle Technology Center, where I became interested in not just how digital experiences looked, but how people interacted with them. That curiosity eventually led me to Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington.

I love hearing people’s stories, learning from new perspectives, and turning those insights into experiences that feel thoughtful and fun. When a problem clicks, I tend to jump into Figma and lose track of time exploring it. I especially love micro interactions and small details that bring a sense of whimsy to an experience.

Video games have also shaped how I think about design. Thoughtful UI can completely change how an experience feels, which is why I’m especially interested in games and interactive products.

Outside of design, I’m usually drawing, hanging out with friends, working out, or at karaoke.
